Welcome to the Royal Windsor Flower Show!
A charming one-day event celebrating gardening, nature, culinary arts and traditional crafts in the stunning setting of Windsor Great Park. Enjoy a quintessentially British atmosphere featuring outstanding exhibitors, entertaining talks, demonstrations, horticultural competitions and a delightful array of delicious food, crafts and plants!
We're thrilled to announce the theme for the 119th Royal Windsor Flower Show will be ‘Rooted in Nature,’ which celebrates the balance between people, plants, and the planet, reminding us that the true sustainability begins with connection - to the soil beneath our feet, the communities we nurture, and the living world that sustains us. Inspiration comes from Our Patron, His Majesty King Charles III’s book ‘Harmony’.
What's on through the day:
DISPLAY GARDENS - find inspiration from our spectacular central Feature Garden designed by Alan Williams of Landform Consultants and take away planting ideas from the Garden Makers' Competition. The Master Gardeners’ competition features stunning exhibits from a handful of carefully chosen gardeners at the top of their game including those from the Royal Gardens at Windsor Castle and Savill & Valley Gardens.
PLANTS - we are adding even more interest into our nursery zone with three new specialists; mushroom growers Caley Brothers, the incredible Hampshire Carnivorous and Pennard Plants who are renowned for their range of edible plants. It's the perfect setting to get advice from passionate and knowledgable growers on a whole host of plants including cottage garden favourites, bonsai, shade-loving plants, tree, houseplant, climbers and many more.
COMPETITIONS MARQUEE - the quintessentially British Competitions Marquee is at the heart of the Flower Show. Each year we update and include new categories to make sure the competitions are as relevant as possible. Categories include gardening, floristry, cooking, photography, arts and crafts.
TALKS THEATRE - we are thrilled to engage outstanding speakers at the Flower Show each year including our Honorary President and gardening great Alan Titchmarsh.
CHILDREN'S AREA - lots of fun gardening and nature-related activities with Little Muddy Boots and arts and crafts with Busy Buttons Core Charity. Entertainment runs through the day with our traditional egg and spoon race, circus skills, Morris dancing with the Rampant Roosters and much more.
FOOD & DRINKS - you’ll find a selection of great caterers as well as areas where you can enjoy your own picnic. Delicious wood-fired pizza, BBQ, Fish and Chips, Duck Wraps as well as local drinks from Windsor & Eton Brewery and Pimms and cocktail bars.
ARTISAN SUPPLIERS - you can also buy beautiful and unique gifts from a number of carefully selected artisan producers.
Parking is charged at £6 per car and we recommend this is booked now as prices will rise to £12 on the day.
